No service run in the Background after apply your settings.

This application is used to indicate the minimum and maximum frequencies of the CPU and the Governor who will manage.
If your kernel allows, you can switch automatiquely the governor 'powersave' to the extinction of the screen. In the re-ignition of the screen you switch back to your chosen governor.

This application was tested on Nexus S with kernel source and kernel changes. No problem.
However, all phones will not probably not work (Base Tegra2).
