Call Speaker uses speech synthesis to announce the name of the caller for incoming phone calls. The phone number of the caller is matched against all the contacts stored on the phone. Unknown or hidden numbers are handled according to user settings.

Speaking Ringtone Creator uses Text-to-speech synthesis to create speaking ringtones from text. The created ringtones could be used as ringtones on your phone or shared to others.
A ringtone can be of type:
Alarm, Notification, Ringtone or Music.

For example you can create a certain speaking ringtone to be played when a certain contact is calling you. You can also a speaking notification sound when a new Gmail arrives or be woken up by a speaking voice by setting a speaking ringtone for your alarm.
