Impact T9 Dialer widget provides an easy way to dial phone numbers instantly,
It supports T9 contact search right at your phone's homescreen.
To place the widget on your homescreen, long press and choose widgets from the menu, pick Impact T9 Dialer widget from the widget picker screen and you are good to go.
