MapHelper is an easier way to access your phones GPS navigational system and browser maps, and post your cuurrent location, or any other location to your facebook wall. MapHelper uses your phones database to store an almost limitless list of locations in chronological order. A simple touch of a button will record your present location with your own message making it easy for you to return to any location you visit. You can also store addresses in Text format, and test the addresses before making a road trip.  By touching one button your phones GPS system will start, and another button provides and easy interface to your  browser or MAP for directions.  To remove an entry just long touch the entry. MapHelper also can be used as a car finder application, since locations can be recorded with a touch of a button and Google Maps used to return to the location.

LAX Airport Status (v. 1.1)

With only two screen touches real time departure or Arrival Status is displayed and updated every two minutes automatically for the airline selected. Optional audio sound alerts user status update has occured. An interactive airport map pinpoints any gate location. Information on all major LAX parking lots is provided, included street views of the lot, automatic address insertion into google maps to make reading lot reviews easy and enabling google navigation. Easy links to all major garage websites are provided to make it a snap to check deals being offered by the various parking garages.  Phone numbers are automatically inserted into dialer for all airlines and parking lots making one touch dialing possible. This program is very similar to the free program SFO status. $1 will help us maintain this application and keep it current.

TrailGPS Big Basin (v. 1.0)

Provides GPS location information for Berry Falls Trail in Big Basin State Park, California. Berry Falls Trail is considered to be one of the most beautiful hikes in the San Francisco Bay Area, with Giant Redwood Trees and waterfalls. The trail is 12 miles long, and knowing where you are and how long before you return makes the hike much more enjoyable.  The GPS reception is available for most of the hike. When tall trees and mountains block GPS signal the manuel mode is really all that is needed with 70 way points that include pictures and time remaining on the trail  Parking at Big Basin is $10, a park map is $5.  TrailGPS at $2.00 is a bargin.  You can also view the trail off line to decide if you desire to make the hike.

Rancho San Antonio Trail GPS (v. 2.1)

This program is now obsolete, being replaced by the FREE program "Tourmaker". Install Tourmaker for android, then download the two trails options, rsa_wildcatloop, and rancho_san_antonio_pge_trail, from the "Share Download" option of the program.  Then, restart program and choose the trail from the "PLAY" option.  If you are really clever, you can create your own tour!   Similar to EveryTrail, but more fun!  


Provides GPS location information for Rancho San Antonio Park in Los Altos, Ca., including estimated time remaining on hikes. Covers the popular PG&E trail as well as Wildcat Loop. Each trail includes 40 location scenes corresponding to the GPS location. Program allows user to view all way points and scroll through them without a GPS, so trail can be viewed before hiking.
