*Every time you look at this widget you will remember that you have made the choice to eat better.

*Losing weight is fairly simple, eat well and exercise. You just need to be reminded that you have made the decision to do that. A constant reminder goes a long way and that's just what this is.

**This widget has a countdown meter built in so that you can count down to a goal you have set. For example: one week of eating well, one month of eating well, etc. You could even reward yourself by setting the goal so that after lets say two weeks of eating well you get a "eat what want day".
