Moebius Puzzle is based on the movement (sliding) of the rows and columns of the array of tiles that make up the puzzle.
The rows of tiles can be moved left or right, those columns up or down.
The sliding of the columns is done according to the principle of the tape of the mathematician August Ferdinand Möbius
Sliding takes place for tiles in the entire row  simulating a closed loop.
