This app allows you to manage a "ringer whitelist". For each contact on the list you can individually manage periods in which the person can reach you even while your phone is set to silent or vibrate. Calls and messages can be set separately. Whenever your phone is set to mute and a person contacts you within a whitelisted period the sound is turned back on.
