iReachOut provides citizens and organization a variety of communication technologies allowing citizens to submit incident data via the web browser, mobile browser, and mobile applications. Organizations are notified immediately of incidents that need to be brought to their attention. This service allows citizens multiple line to communicate incidents to organizations while at the same time cutting down on the implementation costs incurred by an organization to provide this robust service.
