PCube is a location-aware social networking app that alerts you about the proximity of your friends. Discover who's around and join for a drink.
Differently from similar applications, PCube gives you complete control of your location privacy! First of all, your position cannot be discovered by the PCube servers. Second, when your friends are in proximity, they can see where you are at the precision you decide. When they are not in proximity, your location is hidden to them.
Please note that PCube updates your proximity information even while in background and that the continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. However, PCube preferences include the "Economy" power management option that turns off the GPS when in background.
