Food Diary is not only a food diary it has lots of extra features such as: Weight tracker, nutrition & health, current info and target, food diary, exercise diary, water/veg counter and a chat room.
Weight Tracker: This helps you track your weight week by week and it also works out your weight loss.
Nutrition & Health: Information and help to guide you towards a healthier life style.
Current Info and Target: Is a place where you keep your current chest, waist, and hip sizes. It also allows you to input your target measurements, so that you can compare with ease.
Food Diary: This is a calender based diary, which means you can input the food and drink you have during the day. Also this means you can plan your food and drink for weeks to come and work to a food plan.
Exercise Diary: This is linked to the calender, which means you can input the exercise you have done during the day. Also this means you can plan your exercise for the coming weeks.
Water/Veg Counter: This is a basic but very effective button counter that keeps track of the water and fruit and veg you consume.
Chat Room: I've added this feature mainly so people can give support or ask for support from other people or for just a general chat.
