Latify Lite For Google Latitude is a free ad-supported version of Latify for Google Latitude. For more information on the Premium version, check https://market.android.com/details?id=com.ecs.latify

The free edition is ad supported and comes *without* the following features:

* Homescreen Widgets
* Fine grained polling interval controls
* Locale / Tasker integration.
* Fusion Tables integration.
* Automatic offline records sync

Latify is a feature-rich Google Latitude client for Android, supporting offline sync, background GPS updates, user location sharing, history visualisation and tracking on a map and much much more.

Be in charge of how you use Latitude. Control you battery usage and avoid draining your battery with pointless and inaccurate updates. Decide for yourself when to use GPS / WiFi and when/how it should syncup with Google Latitude.

Runs quietly in the background. Syncs your location changes either in realtime or delayed. Republish your current location at a user defined interval when stationary. Make sure your friends (and Google Latitude) always have an up to date view on your location.

Latify can also sync your location changes in realtime with a Google Fusion table, allowing you to share your location with other (even non-Latitude) friends.

You can disable the realtime updates to Latitude when roaming abroad, or when running on a low volume 3G or GPRS data connection. Latify can automatically sync your location updates when a WIFI connection is available, avoiding unnecessary costs. Upon arriving home, or at the hotel, use your free WIFI connection to upload all your location data to Google Latitude.

ContactIO - Contact Sharing (v. 1.4.3)

Using the standard Android platform, it's difficult to share a selection of your contacts with other people. Although individual contacts can be exported to a vCard, there is no simple and easy way to share a subset of your contacts with other people.

With ContactIO, Contact Sharing becomes easy, as it allows you to share a selection of your contacts with other people by exporting and sending them in an easy way, using a variety of formats.

Simply select the contacts that you want to share, and have ContactIO share the contacts in a variety of different ways

* have ContactIO generate an email with a vCard attachment including your selected contacts.
* have ContactIO generate a vCard and put it on the filesystem / dropbox.
* have ContactIO generate an MMS with a vCard attachment (needs to be supported by your phone).
* have ContactIO generate an SMS/MMS with your contacts embedded in it.

Share the selected contacts by sending the email/file/sms to one or more recipients from your contact list.

Using ContactIO, you can import/export all your contacts from your address book in bulk from one phone to another.

ContactIO copies telephone/cellphone numbers, email / postal addresses, and organizational information.

It allows you to export it to a vCard 2.1 format that can be interpreted by other Android phones.

That way, selective contact sharing (with a clean email integration) becomes very easy.

On the receiving end, the vCard can be processed using ContactIO directly from the mail application. The receiver will be presented with a screen containing the contacts sent to him/her, allowing the receiver to select whatever contacts that he/she wants to import onto the phone.

ContactIO also allows you to process vCards located on the phone SDCard.
By doing so, ContactIO allows you to inspect the vCard and select the contacts you're interested in to import on your phone.
