本工具透過 Mail 讓使用者回報賽微產品的問題, 並一併回傳 log, device information, ANR, 與手機端的執行程序清單.

啟動方式如下：

(1)自動啟動
假如賽微產品出現強制關閉訊息,將會主動彈現一個畫面，請您按壓 Send 後即蒐集相關資訊並回傳至 info@cyberon.com.tw

(2)手動啟動
當您發現使用上的異常 (如 賽微語音命令 與 藍芽 搭配動作異常), 可直接啟動 Cyberon Bug Reporter, 填寫問題後按壓 Send, 即自動蒐集相關資訊並回傳至 info@cyberon.com.tw

This tool allows users to return  products' problems of Cyberon via Mail, furthermore, the log, device information, ANR, and the execution list of the phone side are being sent to us at the same time.

It starts as follows:

(1)Start automatically
If our products shows "forced to close", a popup screen will be active, after you press "Send", a collect relevant information will be sent to "info@cyberon.com.tw".

(2)Start manually
When you find out there is a issue when you are using our product(such as you can't launch Cyberon Voice Commander by pressing the BT headset's button), you can start Cyberon Bug Reporter directly, and pressing "Send" after you fill out the question, it will collect information and be sent to "info@cyberon.com.tw" automatically.
