Kvotekalkulatoren lar deg enkelt finne ut hvor mye du kan ta med deg inn til landet tollfritt når du er ute på reise. Dersom du ønsker å fortolle varene viser kalkulatoren deg hvor mye du må betale i fortollingsgebyr (forenklet tollbehandling), og den viser også hva konsekvensen blir dersom du tar med for mye og velger å ikke fortolle varene.

Per i dag støtter applikasjonen følgende varetyper:
-Sprit (22-60%)
-Vin/sterk alkohol (4.7-22%)
-Øl/rusbrus (2.5-4.7%)
-Sigaretter
-Tobakk

Applikasjonen baserer seg på "FOR 2008-12-17 nr 1502: Forskrift til lov om toll og vareførsel (tollforskriften)", sist oppdatert 10. november 2011.
Selv om applikasjonen er nøye testet kan feil forekomme. Applikasjonsutvikleren fraskriver seg ethvert ansvar for eventuelle feil i applikasjonen og konsekvenser det måtte medføre ved innførsel. Applikasjonsutvikleren oppmoder også til å aldri innføre varer utover lovlig kvote.

Joke Effects consist of both a regular application, and a set of widgets. The regular application is a collection of all sounds, which can be played by clicking the different buttons. Long press a button in the application to set it at as ringtone/notification/alarm sound.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):
Q: When I move the application to the SD card the widgets don't work
A: This is due to restrictions in the Android operating systems. Either you will need to play the sound effects from the application itself, or move the application back to the internal memory (through Settings -> Applications) and add the widgets once more

The application tracks -anonymous- usage statistics through Google Analytics

Q: When I've moved the application to the SD card, the widgets are no longer displayed?
A: Widgets does not get loaded properly when the application has been moved to the SD Card. This is a limitation in the Android operating system. In other words you can only use the regular application, and not widgets, if you move the app to the SD card

Joke Effects uses the following permissions:

Internet, Network State: Used by Google Analytics to track usage and AdMob to display ads.
Write External Storage, Write Settings, Modify Audio Settings: Needed for setting ringtone/notification sounds and alarm sounds.
