Ciao Bella Piadina is an Italian gourmet food truck in SoCal. Below is a glimpse of what we got:
Piadina
Piadina or Piada is a thin Italian flatbread, typically prepared in the Romagna region (Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini). It is made with white flour, olive oil, salt and water. We prepare the dough daily from scratch,we have tree chouse of piadina but also can be personalize whit varios of ingredient as ham, cheese , tomato, rucola, prosciutto , mozzarella, but also sweet fillings such as jam or Nutella.
Pizza
Is an oven-baked, flat, disc-shaped bread topped with a tomato sauce, cheese ( mozzarella), but also we have patato and rosmary, is daily made fresh from the scratch.
Pasta
Italian pasta, traditionally cooked al dente (Italian: "firm to the bite", meaning not too soft), served with choouse of tree different sauce: pesto,ragù,tomato sauce.
PESTO: originating in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy made whith basil leaves, garlic, salt, pine nuts, grated cheese and olive oil.
RAGU': is a meat-based sauce for pasta originating in Bologna, Italy. Bolognese sauce is sometimes taken to be a tomato sauce, but authentic recipes have only a small amount of tomato concentrate.
TOMATO: the best known as sauces for pasta dishes,Onion is sautéed at the beginning before the tomato is added, tomato, cooked in a little olive oil and simmered until it loses its raw flavour, and seasoned with salt and basil.
Lasagna
Is a classic Italian pasta casserole dish which consists of alternate layers of pasta, cheese, and ragù sauce
Perfect for a quick lunch.
Eggplant Parmesan
Fresh sliced Eggplant, Deep Fried and marinate with parmesan, tomatoes sause and cheese.
If you dont like Eggplants you might want to try them... you might fall in love for this dish.
Salad
Arugola salad, cracked black pepper, and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
