CIRQ CORPORATE TRAINING AND COMMUNICATIONS
CirQ is a training and communications system for corporations and other organizations to train users using mobile devices. Rather than bring a mobile workforce back into the office for training the training is delivered to them on their mobile device.
FREE ON MOBILE DEVICE
CirQ is free on the mobile device, but there is a service on the backend paid for by corporations or other organizations. Content is fed to the mobile device users by organizations that pay for this service. Some organizations may charge the user for their training.
CirQ is also used for critical communications when it is important that the sender is able to ensure that all recipients understood the message and when they need to know who knows and who doesn’t.
5-MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS
All training sessions are less than 5 minutes in length. Session content is delivered by video, audio, or text files. A study was conducted recently that showed that testing in smaller 5-minute intervals provided higher retention rates over hourly or daily testing. If you have a lot of training to deliver you are better served if you deliver it in shorter segments.
TESTING AND VALIDATION
The primary value for organizations is that the users are presented with a list of questions after each session to validate how much they understand. The answers and all other business intelligence are sent back to the sender to their website backend.
TESTING MODES
There are two testing modes, quiz and test. A quiz provides the user with the correct answers if they get it wrong. The test does not provide the user with the correct answers. The results of the tests and quizzes are displayed after the questions are answered. The user can take the quiz or test, as many times as they want and the system will record their scores.

“We have 200,000 employees that need training on sexual harassment and we don’t want to take them off the job to complete the training and this training must be validated.”

“We need to know who of all our customers are trained on our software, because we have learned that renewals are higher with those that are trained.”
