GeoSnap is a social media tool that lets you upload geo-tagged photos straight to your Facebook profile.

All your photos are backed up to your SD card also!

Simply enable GPS, enter a description for the photo you're taking, take the photo and then upload it to your Facebook profile.

Your friends will be able to go straight to Google Maps to see just where you were standing when you took the photo.
