Know when to run, know when to rest!
This app uses whistles to inform the user when to start and stop running.
It is based on a scheme with 5 minutes of warming-up / cooling-down time, and 2 minutes rest between runs.

1 Whistle: Walk
2 Whistles: Run
Long whistle: You're done!

This app uses the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions for ads, the WAKE_LOCK to ensure whistles keep playing when the screen is turned off.
