NYC Alternate Side Parking Helper.

(For those having trouble, please subscribe to the nyc.alerts@brooklynmarathon.com calendar and make it syncable and visible.  There does not seem to be an intent in android to do this, therefore the user must do this. Please android and Google add an intent to the api to help users subscribe to public calendars!)

This application will show you the upcoming alternate side parking suspensions and add up to date information about ASP notifications.

This application will be used as a general alert and notification engine.

This is good for people that need to access the New York City Alternate Side Parking (ASP) Suspension Calendar and alerts.

It adds a subscription to your google calendar to the account that you choose.  This means that it can be automatically synchronized and viewed offline.  You NEED to enable the calendar by making it visible and enable synchronization.

The alternate side parking suspension calendar is also called street cleaning holiday in some cities.

We plan to add support for San Francisco, Jersey City, and more.  Please suggest other cities by emailing info@brooklynmarathon.com

This shows 24 hours of traffic in a second! Yellow is slow, Red is blockage, Green is flowing, and I'm not sure what black is! For NYC, it looks like a heart attack is imminent.

Currently, only a limited number of cities are supported, but if you'd like your city included, write to us.

This may be a reason to run or ride your bike!

Find news in your neighborhood.  Who wants to read news that is force fed to you by some editor at the New York Times or the like. They know little about you.  Get news in your neighborhood on a map.  And be able to view the titles offline.  Many thanks to the every block open api.

Real Estate & Red Light Camera (v. 2.0.23.fus)

Search for real estate near you.  You can also search by zip code.  This is US only.  This contains mostly owner submitted data.

Also for those in New York City, added Free WiFi Hotspot map .
Also for those in Brooklyn NY there is a parking signs map.  Hopefully, we will add more areas.  This is great for finding alternate side parking signs for particular days.  For example, if you're looking for a Wednesday side to park on.  Use this application to do that.

Also for those in the New York City Area, we've added a Red Light Camera Map to document red light cameras near you.

New York City's Red Light camera program is especially poor.  The system only takes photos of your vehicle.  No photo of the driver.  Also most of them only take photos of the rear of the vehicle.  We urge you to review the red light camera law and make your voice and opinion heard.

The goal is to organize all the running results data in one place so you can find all your different race results.  This is starting in the New York City area but can be expanded to support all areas and all timed events.  Currently the data includes Prospect Park Track Club(PPTC) and NYRRC events.  This is only a prototype
