This app is for HTC DREAM and allows Hero rom (first rom) users to easily change lockscreen wallpaper..
You need only to put the jpg file on sdcard root and the program will do the rest :)

It could be used also on htc magic, because differently from terminal, it allows virtual keyboard..
However consider that it IS NOT a replacement for the terminal..

Superuser whitelist from JF Build environment for those who need it on their phone.

Naturally it is only for root users because for non-root users it is simply useless.
