SmartReader helps you to read news of different areas of interest like Global, Local, Economic, Politics, Sports and Headlines . User can choose different news providers. and also add other new providers feeds with RSS 2.0 standards. User can mark as favorite which he can read later, The speak loud feature reads the news aloud. Sharing news with social networking site will help your friends also keeping updated with the favorite news.

Features of the Application:
1. Shows news by category along with images provided by the RSS 2.0 news provider.
2. Allows the user to add new feeds that follow RSS 2.0 standards.
3. Allows the user to favorite the news and view them separately.
4. Shows the unread news distinctly.
5. Auto periodic check for updating the news.
6. Allows user to share the news through Facebook, Twitter, SMS, E-mail, etc.
7. Allows user the delete the news.
8. Allows user to view the complete news directly on the web.
9. Provides 35 inbuilt news feeds classified as Local News, International News, Headline News, Economic News, Political News, Sports News and Other News.
10. Allows user to disable/enable inbuilt as well as users added News feeds.
11. Allows user to delete user added news feeds.

SmartText, as the name suggest, is a feature rich text application which provides valuable feature over traditional text (message/sms) application provided by android.

This application focuses on resolving following usability issues which the traditional text application has:
1) You can't directly locate an address present in the message on a MAP .
2) You can't share you message content with social networking .
3) You can't search for the information in the message with search engine.
4) You can't set your messages as unread.
5) You can't listen to  your message .
6) You can't delete all message related to same person.
7) You can't directly email to email address present in  the message.
8) You can't directly move web to specified URL present in the message.
