Guess words, solve math exercises, take care of the bomb & gain as much points as possible.
The idea of DescribeMania is to guess the word on top by not using the words beyond. When the party-mode is activated, you have to pay extra attention to funny exercises.
Just play it with some friends at an enjoyable evening :)
Currently we have 600 words in German and 500 words in English (02.01.2011).

Why do I need the full-version?
The main improvement in the full-version is the following addition: The partymode! In this mode you have to pass some more exercises, making the game very funny. This guarantees a lot of fun!
Play the following interesting games in the party mode: Points Maker, Ticking Bomb, Math Mania & All At Once! Scroll down to get more information on each game.
Another improvement is the increased number of words in the database. The database of DescribeMania Lite is limited to ~ 300 words for each language. In the full-version of DescribeMania you have full access to all words in the database. Users are also able to add words on the DescribeMania-website (Desktop version). This also guarantees much fun for a long time!
In the following you get some information on the different games in the partymode:
Points Maker: In this game you can collect many points. If you guess the word in the first 15 seconds, your team will receive three points. Every word scores twice, when the team gained two points in the current round.
TickingBomb-Mode: In this game time matters! Try to guess the word before everything is going to explode. The bomb goes around the teams. When the bomb explodes at your team, you will loose one point!
Math Mania: During this round you get a math exercise every 30 seconds. The explanatory player has to solve the exercise and is not allowed to describe the word during this time. When the exercise is solved, the person who´s explaining continues. The round ends, when a team can´t solve the exercise in time.
All At Once: In this round all teams can guess the word at once. When a word is guessed by a team member, the explanatory player has to press the "Guessed"-Button and choose the team guessed the word. The team receives one point.
