"Acupressure: Heal Yourself" is easy to use app with illustrated instructions how to make acupressure point massage. It supports English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian and Norwegian.
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body's life force to aid healing.
Foremost among the advantages of acupressure's healing touch is that it is safe to do on yourself and others - even if you've never done it before. You can also use self-acupressure to relieve anxiety and to help you get to sleep at night.
App contains over 90 points combinations to be used in different situations e.g. to relief the headache, to give up smoking, to reduce high blood pressure etc. All the combinations are present in the following groups:

"Acupoints Quiz, Part2" is a quiz which invites you to test your knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine and human anatomy. It may be used for testing and educational purposes for people well-informed about the acupuncture and anatomy. Game consists of 169 illustrated questions with acupuncture points. These are points of the following meridians:
- Kidney Meridian;
- Pericardium Meridian;
- Triple Energizer Meridian;
- Gall Bladder Meridian;
- Liver Meridian;
- Conception Vessel (Ren mai);
- Governing Vessel (Du Mai).

You need to guess the name of the acupuncture point shown in the question picture.
Each question has 4 possible answers. When you tap one of the answers, the default color of the pressed button is changed for a while to green (when it was the right answer) or to red (wrong answer). You have 3 attempts to give right answer.  If you give it at the first attempt you will receive 3 points, at the second attempt - 2 points, at the third - 1 point. - Large Intestine Meridian;
- Stomach Meridian;
- Spleen Meridian;
- Heart Meridian;
- Small Intestine Meridian;
- Bladder Meridian.
