Network Communication permission: To access the network for retrieving alert data.
Phone Calls permission: To send phone numbers you click from app to your phone so you don't have to dial number yourself. And to restore your settings in Advice Hero app.
System Tools permission: To restart the alert notification service when device is rebooted so we can notify you of new alerts.
