Countdown to New Year's 2012 with this app! Includes a great looking countdown clock and a variety of noisemaker sounds you can tap or shake to play.

The countdown clock uses your device's date and time to calculate days, hours, minutes, and seconds left until New Year's Day.

With 10 seconds remaining, you'll hear the sound of party goers counting down to midnight. Happy New Year!

The countdown clock resets on January 2 and starts counting down again so you can use it every year!
