A regularly updated listing of current news articles concerning Hurricanes and Typhoons.

Individual articles are retrieved when the related Headline/Title is clicked. The listing is refreshed each time the App is launched, and the underlying database is systematically updated as new articles become available.

Articles generally address related subjects. Some articles may contain more general or less directly related content.  Additionally, the listing may also include articles related to available and emerging products and services.

WeatherAlarm is an alarm clock that speaks the weather forecast. Specify the city and the wakeup time and it determines the current weather forecast. Four weather sources are available:
  1. Wunderground (Weather Underground)
  2. NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)
  3. Accuweather
  4. Google

Additional features:
  - use the phone's GPS to determine the city
  - control the speech rate/pitch
  - shake the phone to turn off the speech
  - turn off the alarm on the weekends

This is a simple widget to display the current time as well as the current temperature from a nearby personal weather station provided by data published to the Weather Underground, Inc.
It provides the 5 day forecast, allows you to add up to 5 favorites, automatic weather alerts and an optional feature allowing your phone to always use the closest personal weather station using location services via network or GPS.  In addition, animated radar is included where available.
Widget data provided by personal weather stations not National Weather Service unless the include airport option is selected.
