This is a push notification app. which gives you a notice of the earthquake warning with an estimated seismic intensity (the Japanese seven-stage seismic scale) and arrival time of the tremor to the specific location where you registered.

[Initial settings]
Register the prediction point and the seismic intensity threshold.
The prediction point is a place where you want to receive the earthquake warning for. The seismic intensity threshold is the standard value. This app. gives you a notice when the estimated seismic intensity is lower than the registered threshold.

This app. works with the Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) for advanced users which delivered by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). This means that, when receiving the EEW from the JMA, this application will give you a notice each time. The EEW for the advanced users has a characteristic which derivers warning several times for each earthquake with improving the precision of a seismic intensity. So, this app. may give you several notices with different estimated seismic intensity and arrival time.
Also, with this app. you can view the information of earthquakes occurred in the past.

[Note]
1.The estimated seismic intensity may yield a slight error by less than ±1.

2.In the case below, the notice of the earthquake warning may delay or failed.
・The prediction point and the seismic intensity threshold are not registered.
・The registered prediction point is close to the epicenter.
・The trouble in network.
・The distance between the registered prediction point and the epicenter is more than 2000 kilometers.
・The depth of the epicenter is more than 150 kilometers.
・Due to the Maintenance of the server.
・Too much load on the server.
・EEW is not delivered by JMA.

3.Twitter Service is not available, you can not view the information of earthquakes occurred in the past.

4.This app. is designed for use in Japan only.

Full version description:

mobileGRIB is a GRIB2 viewer for Android. It enables sailors and hobby meteorologists to have detailed weather information always available. This is done by downloading GRIB files of any region of interest. Source for the Gridded Binaries is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Forecast times and variables can be chosen from pressure, wind arrows, temperature, cloud cover, humidity and precipitation for the upcoming 8 days between a resolution of 1° x 1° or, for even more detail, 0.5° x 0.5°. By selecting only what the user needs, this procedure will keep the size of the downloaded GRIB file low, making it especially convenient for low bandwidth regions covered only by Edge or GPRS networks, or simply regions with low cellular coverage.
Downloaded map tiles will be cached for offline use. This is why we highly recommend our users to browse through the desired area and zoom level before going offline, in order to always have the map tiles cached for offshore use.

NOAA Radar and Alerts is a Live Wallpaper which displays live radar images for the US location of your choosing. When enabled, the NOAA Radar and Alerts wallpaper will display live weather radar images obtained from the NOAA National Weather Service in your background. You can also enable the optional weather alerts.  Choose up to five counties to receive alerts for, set your threshold and receive NOAA weather alerts as notification in your status bar.

This advanced release of a new "Pro" version includes the new stand-alone, launchable radar app in addition to the live wallpaper version (free of charge in this release for new early adopters and legacy users who upgrade) We've been getting slammed for the 'blank screen' problem that accompanied this new functionality and I've been working hard to solve it. This release includes a significant update that will hopefully address this issue, as well as missing overlays some users have been experiencing. Please give us a good review if you like the app.

Usage:
Install application, then select as wallpaper (from Home, touch: Menu key, Wallpaper, Live wallpapers).  On the Settings screen, choose your Location and any other options settings, then touch "Set wallpaper". At the home screen, double-tap to enable positioning and pinch/zoom of the map - the wallpaper will respond to your left/right/up/down and pinch/zoom gestures. Double-tap again to exit positioning mode.

You can also zoom & position the app in the stand-alone mode and the settings will carry over to your wallpaper view.

You can now receive NOAA weather alerts without using the NOAA Radar as your wallpaper. Just 'Enable Alerts' unders Settings and leave your wallpaper alone.

A Compatibility Mode is now available which should help with some devices that are experiencing the 'blank overlays' issue. When compatibility mode is on, the app will operate the same as it does on low-memory device: Overlays are merged to conserve graphics memory and displayed on top of radar. Topographic overlay is not available. Overlays are cropped to 512 pixels high, leaving small top and bottom margins in the overlay.

NOTE that past radar images may not always be available from NOAA - Updates are dependent on the availability of an internet connection and images published by NOAA.

NWS Weather is a clean, advertisement free interface to display National Weather Service (NWS) data.  Currently, this application is limited to weather in the United States.

Weather:
Your location is used to provide Current Weather and Forecasts.  Search feature allows you to find weather in other locations.  

Radar:

Composite Radar is also available in loop and static image. You can select and view Radar data from 155 Radar stations.
