REPKA ist ein Projekt des Bundeministeriums für Bildung und Forschung aus dem Themenfeld "Schutz und Rettung von Menschen".

Eine der wesentlichen Rettungsmaßnahmen bei Anschlägen, Anschlagsbedrohungen, Großunfällen und Naturkatastrophen ist die Entfluchtung betroffener Gebäude, Gebiete und Regionen. Im Rahmen des Projektes wird untersucht, wie eine große Menschenmenge so schnell und so zuverlässig wie möglich in Sicherheit gebracht werden kann, insbesondere wenn die Personen ein Gebäude bereits verlassen haben. Eine ähnliche Situation entsteht heute wöchentlich nach jedem Bundesligaspiel, wenn in manchen Stadien bis zu 75.000 Besucher zu Zügen und Parkplätzen drängen.

Die App beinhaltet einen sogenannten Datenlogger, der bei Aktivierung die zurückgelegte Wegstrecke und Gehgeschwindigkeit der teilnehmenden Nutzer erfasst. Die Aufzeichnung der Daten ist anonym und freiwillig, sie wird vom Nutzer aktiviert und gestoppt.

Mit Hilfe der mathematischen Optimierung und Simulation werden Methoden entwickelt, mit denen realitätsnahe Evakuierungspläne für eine ganze Region vor Eintreten eines Katastrophenfalls entworfen werden können. Dies geschieht zunächst exemplarisch für die Umgebung des Fritz-Walter Stadions in Kaiserslautern. Hierbei werden auch soziale Aspekte der Akteure und betroffenen Personen einbezogen.

Um die Optimierungs- und Simulationsmodelle möglichst realitätsnah zu entwickeln, sollen am Betzenberg nach einem Bundesligaspiel reale Bewegungsdaten der Menschenmenge ermittelt werden. Zu diesem Zweck bietet IT2media diese spezielle Version seiner Fußgängernavigation MobileWALK, welche den sogenannten REPKA Datenlogger enthält. Wesentlich dabei ist auch die enge Zusammenarbeit der Firma IT2media mit dem Fraunhofer IIS und deren Arbeiten zum Thema Lokalisierung in Funknetzwerken.

I believe in a thorough consultation with every client, based upon your features, skin tone and eye color, lifestyle, and style you desire, you and I will create the perfect look that's right for you. A haircut must not only look great walking out the door, but grow in perfectly and still look great until your next service. My sharpest tools are my eyes, not my razor or my shears.

I recognize the increased self esteem people have when they feel good about how they look. Because of this I partnered with Transitional Housing BARN, Inc. Every six weeks I provide free haircuts and share beauty tips with homeless women and their children. Everyone should look and feel beautiful and I am excited to help elevate the spirits of the women and children BARN serves. After a nice haircut moms will be able to go into job interviews with more confidence. In addition, I recently partnered with Soles4Souls, a non-profit organization to provide new or gently warn shoes for men, women and children of all ages. I was an active member of Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce and now I am active with Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce.

My education is constant. I keep aware of available classes that will expand my skills and knowledge. I also keep abreast of what is going on in my industry by reading trade journals and even taking courses. That is the standard I hold myself to each and every client.
