Explanation of the various permissions and why they are needed:

Permission: YOUR LOCATION/COARSE (NETWORK-BASED) LOCATION, FINE (GPS) LOCATION
Purpose: to be able to find webcams near your location

Permission:NETWORK COMMUNICATION/FULL INTERNET ACCESS
Purpose: to get webcam information and current images, as well as to serve ads

Permission: PHONE CALLS/READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY
Purpose: phone identity (serial number) is used by Worldscope to check validity of the registration key for the ad-free version. It is  also required by Mobclix ad exchange to access a unique identifer that some ad networks require to track impressions.

Permission: STORAGE/MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS
Purpose:to be able to save favorite images to SD card and for back-up

Permission: SYSTEM TOOLS/PREVENT DEVICE FROM SLEEPING
Purpose: restoring favorites or refreshing all favorites can take a long time and you don't want this process to be interrupted by the device going to sleep

Permission: NETWORK COMMUNICATION/VIEW NETWORK STATE, VIEW WI-FI STATE
Purpose: to check if the device is connected to Wifi in order to perform network operations and skip them if disconnected

The app assists you when parking in Bulgaria.

Приложението помага при паркиране в България и в синята зона на София и Бургас.

След като добавите регистрационния номер на вашия автомобил, можете да изпращате съобщения до Синя зона без да е нужно да въвеждате регистрационен номер и номер на синя зона всеки път.

Приложението позволява да изберете период за паркиране по дълъг от един час, което ще автоматизира изпращането на съобщения на всеки изминал час от избраният период. Можете да прекъснете изпращането на последващи съобщения като натиснете бутона "Спри".

При паркиране на други паркинг зони (търговски центрове), можете да запазите бележка, да активирате аларма която да ви напомни за изтичане на периода за паркиране и да следите оставащото време.

Можете да добавете и widget, който да показва на удобно за вас място оставащото време за паркиране, кога ща се изпрати ново съобщение и кога за последно сте използвали приложението.

Помага да намерете вашата автомобил като запазва местоположението на вашият автомобил. Тази опция работи само на открито. Изберете МЕНЮ и опцията История/Карта за карта на която е отбелязано местоположението на вашият автомобил.

CoordTransform is an Android tool that converts between geographic (latitude/longitude as provided by GPS) and UTM coordinates. Input coordinates can be in Decimal Degrees (DD), Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS) and Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM). It's an useful tool for map reading and navigation (land or sea navigation).
Currently only supports 58 reference ellipsoids, but is not capable of transforming coordinates from one ellipsoid to another.
