MoPa aitab GPS (või GSM tugijaama) abil kindlaks määrata, kus tsoonis sa parasjagu pargid ning võimaldab tasuda parkimise eest, kasutades sideoperaatorite teenust M-Parkimine. Parklate nimekiri kuvatakse sorteerituna sõltuvalt sinu asukohast, lähim parkla esimesena. Kaardil on märgitud tunnihinnad, võrdle hindu ja maksa vähem - nii näiteks võib Tallinnas leiduda 100 meetri raadiuses 2 korda soodsama parkimise võimaluse.
