if your device has not installed missing some android-language-components, this app will point you to download them. You should install them first. They are non-default standard components.

Offline translation is only for text translation and those on the list which you have saved previously. It is easy for you to mass production of translation-card by yourselves.

It is a World-Languages-Dictionary,Foreign Language Teacher, Travel-Helper,,,,,Can translate whole file(whole at once or line by line translation) to make your custom Translation-Card..., can save COMMON Useful phrases, for quick Input by just selection ...(*****no need to stay online.....no need to input each time when urgently needed...people in the street are busy, they cannot wait for too long ),can output/save the translating pairs to SD card for latter use (making it as a Translation Card), Save to List after translation, and offline translation is for those on the list....Can custom make the sentences and import them into the list: save your common phrases in SD card at the root directory, as operating file, eg "Hotel dialogue.txt" "SuperMarket Conversation",,,"9softtranslator.txt"...or others,and with the "ReadSD" function, you can import your list to the app or open to read it, or show to foreigners to let them know what you want....and they can reply you with the app / translation card as well....
Output file is in the format of a translation card:

This app is built from the ground up to provide the fastest calculation possible for all your needs.  

Included Calculations:
* Calculate a user specified number of buildings to purchase next for income.
* Calculate the buildings you can buy with a user entered amount of money for income.
* Calculate the number of buildings, and how much it will cost, to produce a user entered amount of money an hour.
* Adds all purchased buildings (that it suggested) to your counts without having to add them in manually.
* Calculate the number of mobsters you can bring into a fight.
* Calculate the items, and how many, that will be used in attack or defense operations.
* Shows the items that are wasting money because they are not used during attack or defense operations.
* Calculates the best items for your level.
* Takes into account Mission Mastery loot items.

This application lets you monitor the currently used bandwith of all your network devices (mobile, wifi) by displaying the incoming and/or outgoing traffic in the notification area (status bar at the top).

Furthermore, it counts all your traffic and stores the information on your phone, so that you're able to see how much data you have transferred today, this month and in total. It allows you to set alarms for daily/monthly/total traffic. Especially useful if you're on a plan with a traffic limit.

On devices running Froyo (2.2) or later builds it will display the traffic used by individial applications.

The application is free. It supports the developer by showing advertisements, but only while the application is in the foreground. So if you keep the app closed or in the background you will see the bandwith used notifications but no ads!

This application requires 4 permissions:
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to detect if network devices are up and for advertisements
- INTERNET: for advertisements and to allow remote logging of application errors (this can be disabled)
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: So that the notifications and counting of traffic can be automatically started after your phone starts (this can be disabled)
- WAKE_LOCK: so that the notifications and counting of traffic can continue while the application is not in the foreground
