This package provides the key to upgrade Advanced Tools to the Pro version.
Advanced Tools (free version) is required, this package alone does nothing.

A set of tools to manage your device, Advanced Tools is: file manager, task manager, apk manager, system manager and now much more with new device-related tools (gps, sensors, flashlight).
It works for root and non-root users (root users have a wider range of features).

FILE MANAGER:
Tabbed file manager and FTP client, provides four tabs which allow to navigate through folders, copy or move your files in a way never been easier. If you are working on different folders you won't need to navigate back every time, just switch between them by clicking the tab buttons.
Also included: mini-text editor with the ability to create new text files, send via bluetooth feature, zip tool (capable of zip, unzip, browse and copy of zip contents), integrated FTP client to manage your remote files using the same UI.
Root users can access and modify any content including those in data, cache and systems folders.
* Also available as stand-alone app.

TASK MANAGER:
This tool allows to kill unwanted processes which run in background, it also provides in-depth info over the running services and provides security options such as filters for system processes and the "safe-list" to preserve the items included from accidental kills.

APK MANAGER:
Manage, remove or retrieve detailed info over the Android Packages (Apk) installed on your device.
Root users have the ability to freeze and/or delete system applications, use with caution!

SYSTEM MANAGER:
This tool allows to access those internal settings, such as the build properties and the kernel's virtual memory parameters, which are normally hidden to the end user. It allows to quickly modify the build.prop file and/or setup the sysctl. It also provides a huge list containing info about system and hardware installed on your device, these info can be browsed by category: System (general), build, memory, graphic, hardware (device and cpu), battery pack.
Root users have the ability to change (and restore) the values listed in Properties and Kernel tabs, otherwise these values are read only.
* The "Properties" tab also includes LCD DENSITY and HEAP SIZE settings *

ADVANCED TOOLS TERMINAL:
It's a console which accepts linux commands (pseudo terminal emulator) plus quick buttons to easily mount, remount, change permissions and more.
Only available in Pro version.

GPS STATUS AND FIX:
Gps info and fast fix tool.

SENSOR ANALYZER:
Scan and analyze all the sensors installed on your device. Also inclued: compass calibration tool, compass, magnetic field detector and metal detector.

FLASHLIGHT!:
Use the camera flash as flashlight, turn on / turn off in one click!

OTHERS:
Quicklaunch icon (optional).
Widescreen and screen orientation supported.
Option to show or hide the notification bar (fullscreen).
Skin feature to change theme (Pro version only).

NOTE:
If you like to use the root functions make sure your device is properly rooted and don't forget to check the "root functions" option in general settings.

Log This is an application that can read logs given a provided tag and log level - and send them to developers. This saves them the hassle of having to use logcat on their computer with ADB.

As a developer, requesting the READ_LOGS permission is risky - it scares away a lot of users. Log This uses this permission, but is meant to be used by developers to request their end users to send in debug logs - one app to log em' all. If you want your logs to be private, you can send them straight to the developers email. Or if they prefer pastebin, you can do that too, and the application will even copy the link to the clipboard.

As an end user, you can install the app and help out your developers when they need debugging on specific phone models - provided they have logging enabled (perhaps via a logging mode).

It also can fetch kernel (panic) logs, as long as you supply the location of the log (a kernel developer can tell you if it does or not - not all kernels do)

This application is NOT optimized for tablets, but it should work on them. I don't have one to test with.

Permissions Explained:
READ_LOGS: Application has to be able to read the logs - the only data read is displayed in the email

INTERNET/CHECK_NETWORK_STATE: Advertising

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used for building the log file. I leave the latest log as log.txt on the root of your media area (internal SD) so that you can always check it yourself.

Smart Measure is a tool in the 2nd set of the Smart Tools collection (distance, height).

This rangefinder(telemeter) measures the Distance, Height, Width and Area of a target with your phone by trigonometry.

Usage is simple: just stand up and press the shutter. The important point is aiming the camera at the GROUND, NOT the object. (i.e. In order to measure the distance from someone, aim at his shoes.)

If it is inaccurate, please read the instructions in this app or see the checklist diagram in the blog. The sensors on your phone can be changed by OS version, firmware and battery status.
You can calibrate them with the calibrate menu and settings for yourself.
