This application can be used to search for vehicle  information like Owner of the vehicle, Engine Number, Chasis number by entering the Vehicle registration number.

Note: Currently this works only for Karnataka registered vehicles. Newer vechicles are not yet updated.

Works with an IP address or Fully Qualified Domain Name and even local Domain names as long as DNS can do a lookup.
