Control Keynote slides remotely and view scrollable presenter notes. Doesn't require a separate server application on your mac. Works over wifi (or 3G with firewall setup). Designed for easy one-handed operation with big 'next slide' button.
(Sorry, won't control an iPad - they don't support remote login).
Asks for internet permission because it needs to connect to your Mac over the network (and there's no way to ask for only "local network" permission). Doesn't connect to the outside world unless you ask it to :).
