携帯自体の電波をＯＦＦすることで消費電力を抑えます。
タイマーで機内モードＯＮ・ＯＦＦの設定ができ、夜中携帯を使わないときや仕事で触るときがない時に、設定すれば節電できます。
携帯の電源を入れときたいが着信などしてほしくない時間帯などに時間をセットすれば、当たり前ですが着信しません。
いわえる電波をOFFすることで携帯にかかる消費電力をおさえます。
節電以外にもアプリの使い方は、いろいろとあるともいます。

※機内モードとは・・
電話の発信・着信
メールの発信・着信の全般
インターネットの使用
wi-fiの使用
など電波を発することはできなくなります。
（電波を発する機能がすべて使用できなくなる）


※DOCOMOの場合、機内モードをＯＮ（着信できない状態）
の間に電話があった場合、機内モードをＯＦＦ（通常使う状態）にした時、電話があったことをＳＭＳで通知してくれます。
ソフトバンクもメールにて着信があったことを通知してくれると思います。
