Bellman act as a time announcer on your Android phone. It helps you keep time with your ears but not eyes. you can shake your phone, or, double-click Play button of headset,  at any time to get time in voice report; It also chime hourly, half-hourly or quarterly for you; and unlimited alarms with various music ringtone and speaking time voice have you to be prompted at any specified time. You can select any music file storaged in SD card by your own to serve as ringtone or chime music.  

Features:

1. During screen turning off, shake the phone along with horizontal to speak time in voice.
Note:
  a. The detect shaking service may consume more power.  
  b. For some devices, especially equip with Android OS version 2.01 and 2.1, the detect shaking service may not work in standby or screen off status because acceleration sensor is disabled in that status.  

2. If you are used to wearing headset, now you can get time easily via double-click Play button. Note: Official google Music player should be installed, otherwise playing music couldn't be controlled via headset unless "Speak time on headset" is disabled.

3. Chimes hourly, half-hourly or quarterly with options of voice, bell, prelude as well as volume. The prelude may be selected from any music file(such as mp3, wav, mid, ogg, m4a and so on) storaged on SD card.  

4. Alarm clock featured with unlimited alarms, countdown starting, music ringtone, speaking time voice, various repeat cycle included custom-built in any seconds, minutes, hours and days. The ringtone may be selected from any music file(such as mp3, wav, mid, ogg, m4a and so on) storaged on SD card.

5. Importantly, the voice system of Bellman Pro is opened to users to customize your own voice style. So, in addition to built-in supported languages such as Czech, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and Chinese, the app supports any other languages via customizing. In addition to being a general countdown timer, two new unique functions (GPS View and Race Counter Mode) makes this one of the most advanced Regatta Start Timers there is. See below

The Final Countdown is a general, no-nonsense, easy-to-use, reliable and accurate countdown timer, with useful functions. With easy-to-see big numbers and large buttons with clear text. Visible and audible alarm, or silent alarm (with vibrator only). Adjustable sound alarm level. Can be used with ear/head-phones, in a noisy environment, such as during the start of a yacht race, or when you do not want to disturb others

As a regatta start-timer, it gives an audible alarm when there is exactly one minute left to start, and another one for each of the final ten seconds, for an optimal yacht race start timing. There is also a one-click-function to synchronize the timer with the regatta committee's chronometer

A special Counter Mode has recently been introduced; The Race Mode. Even if it is very easy to use, this is an advanced Start-timer function for Regatta Sailors and other Racers, requested and specified by experienced Regatta Sailors

For Racers there is also a brand new GPS View, with the following functions:
- Mark the Start Line
- See the Boat and the Line on a GPS View
- See the Boats Speed and Course Over Ground
- See the Distance to the line
- See the Time To Go (to the line) based on the current Speed and Course
- Display the GPS Track History

A Shaking function makes it possible to reset an alarm by shaking the phone. The force required is configurable

As a stay-awake-timer, it alerts the user when the preset period has expired. The alarm stays on until reset, and then the timer automatically starts all over again. Only one click - or a shake - is required

As a pantry/kitchen timer, use it to time cooking of eggs and other dishes

As a car parking timer, use it to get an alarm when the parking time expires. No more parking tickets!

The Final Countdown may not be much to look at, but - in addition to being a very useful general timer. it contains some pretty unique Racing functions which are probably not found anywhere else - as far as we know

Here is a brief example of how to use of new Race Counter Mode:

In a Race, different classes of competitors are normally started at fixed, predetermined intervals - for instance one Class/Group every 5 minutes. Various signals are generated/shown at the start Time of each Class of yachts, and visual signals (often different signal flags) indicate what Class shall go at the next Start. The Start signal for one Class is the 5 minute pre-signal for another. Once you have started The Final Countdown (in Race Mode) at one of these signals, you have synchronized your start-timer. Then you can choose to start at the next Start signal, or wait another Interval. Whatever you select, the clock synchronization will be kept. When you finally start, The Final Countdown turns into a simple (upcounting) StopWatch, still being in synch with the Start Time. There is also another Synchronization function, which may be used to synchronize The Final Countdown with the Regatta Committees Chronometer

The "old" Counter Mode is now called the Classic Mode

Originally developed for Regatta Sailors, the Race Mode Start Timer may also be used in other sports, for different types of Races
