Op zaterdag 9 juli 2011 is het weer zover: het Vijverfestival. Ook de achtste editie van het festival vindt plaats in en rond het park aan het gemeentehuis van Dilbeek en biedt de bezoekers een ruim muzikaal aanbod op twee podia aan. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, zijn er zoals elk jaar exotische hapjes en drankjes op de wereldmarkt, is er gevarieerde randanimatie en kunnen kinderen en jongeren deelnemen aan allerhande workshops in een heerlijk zomers sfeertje.

Het Vijverfestival is bovendien gratis en staat open voor alle culturen en smaken. Het is gezinsvriendelijk en toegankelijk voor personen met een handicap. Kort samengevat: iedereen is welkom. De ruim 10.000 festivalgangers van vorige jaren kunnen beamen dat het Vijverfestival zeker en vast een plaatsje in jullie agenda verdient.

Het Vijverfestival is bewust anders en vernieuwend. Er zijn elk jaar opnieuw inspanningen om een afvalarm festival te zijn en duurzaamheid staat, waar dat kan, voorop. De praktische invulling van dit festival gebeurt door de vzw Vijverfestival, die bestaat uit een 20-tal enthousiastelingen uit het Dilbeekse verenigingsleven: oud-leiding van verschillende scouts- en chirogroepen, vrijwilligers van de wereldwinkel, mensen van de cultuurraad en de Raad voor Internationale samenwerking.

De vzw wordt ondersteund door de gemeentelijke cultuur- en sociale dienst, het Cultuurcentrum Westrand, het OCMW, de RIS, de cultuurraad en de gemeente Dilbeek.

To prevent disrupting the active data transmission, this app monitors the data traffic and won't disable the connection until no more data is transmitted over the connection.

To toggle the Mobile data connection by changing APN name may mess your APN settings. We use a different technology to manage your Mobile data. It's a better approach than APNdroid, BatteryFu, APN OnOff, Quick Settings and other similar apps.

Android has already done a good job on managing WiFi connection when device is in sleep mode, so we only manage Mobile data for now. This app won't toggle wireless connection when WiFi connection is active.

Don't install this app on SD card. If you have task killer app installed, please add this app to task killer's ignore list.
