This calculator is an improvement on your every day calculator use but still has an increasing degree of complexity. The main interface is quite simple and makes the mundane, "every day" calculations quick and easy. You can increase the complexity by several degrees and get access to more complex math functions. Explore the app, read the help file (which will explain all of the features in detail) and find out some of its cool features that will make your life with numbers easier!

*There are two worksheets for you to put your work in, and each one is completely editable (copy, paste, undo, etc.) and holds as many lines of text as you need.

*Buttons are colored coded so your eyes jump right to where your fingers need to go

*Use variables so you can create your own formulas and change the variable values when needed

*Change the app's appearance (colors, text size, haptic feedback, etc.)

*Simply and easily send equations by SMS

*Convert decimals to fractions

*Save your work for later use

Please rate the app! Also, please post or email me suggestions. I'm open to improving the app and adding more functions if you think they are useful. CalcEtc is very customizable in that respect. Thanks!

CalDAV-Sync beta (v. 0.2-rc3)

CalDAV-Sync is a CalDAV client for Android to synchronize events. Due to its implementation as sync adapter it integrates seamlessly with the native calendar app and  widgets.

This app will create new calendars on your device (one for each calendar on your server account)

@drjones: You can create as many accounts as you like. See the screenshots. On my test system I've 15 CalDAV-Sync accounts and a total of 30 calendars.

Please, if you find a bug send me an email. Without detailed error description I often can't do anything especially when I can't reproduce it. It's also possible that your server has a bug that CalDAV-Sync can not (yet) tolerate or work around. If you report bugs I can fix them quickly and everyone will benefit.

This app is in beta state. This means: It works quite well but a few features may still be missing.

After the installation got to "Settings" > "Accounts & Sync" and create a new Account.

Please enable background data if you want to sync via 3G or 4G.

Important! If your phone removes the accounts on reboot, move the App back from SD card to the phone. Some phones (if not all) can't handle sync adapters on SD Card properly.

The calendar app on the screenshots is not part of this app.
If there is no calendar installed on your device, go to my website and install CalendarProvider.apk and Calendar.apk (FroYo and Gingerbread only)

Once this app reaches version 1.0, I'll make it open source.
