This ghostly Wraith Battery Widget lets you view your battery's power level at all times.  As the soul meter drops the Wraith collects the souls and traps them in the skulls.  On touch the Wraith will open a menu that lets you enable and disable bluetooth and wifi.  It also displays your battery's percentage, temperature and voltage output.
