American Flag is a Live Wallpaper.

After you have downloaded and installed it,  You need in order to set it  as a Live Wallpaper:

- go to your home screen;
- press the menu button on your device;
- select "Wallpaper";
- select "Live Wallpapers";
- search and select for this Live Wallpaper"
- select "Settings" to see the settings or select "Set wallpaper" to activate it.

System Requirement:

any phone that came with Android OS 2.0 or later should work fine. Anything that came with 1.5 / 1.6 may have problems

This theme requires one of the following: 91PandaHome, aHome, and Open Home, but works best with 91PandaHome which is a free home application. (Search Keyword: 91PandaHome)

You do not need to launch the theme. After downloading, it will be automatically installed in Panda Home themes list (or aHome/OpenHome, depending on the home application you choose). YOU MUST THEN APPLY THE THEME THROUGH THE PANDA HOME SETTINGS.

Note: The background is large. Click on the home button --> menu --> wallpaper --> live wallpaper

1) Find the Live Wallpaper you downloaded and click on it
2) Click on "Settings"
3) Click on "Set Size of animation", Select Big (Default)
4) Click on "Frames Per Second(fps)", change how fast the animation moves.
4) Click on "Set Wallpaper" to run your Live Wallpaper
