Development version of yet another Instapaper client for Android, but this time using official Instapaper API.

- using official Instapaper API (that means no cheating on Marco (Instapaper author) and that's also reason why you need an Instapaper subscription)
- XAuth for authentication
- Send to Instapaper from any app on your phone

- Like/Unlike, Archive/Unarchive, Delete, Share, View in browser actions
- Move to SD card support
- Dark theme option

Limitations:
* image cache is not yet available
* only HDPI screens are really supported for now (on smaller some graphics might look fuzzy)

Every build will expire one month after it was published in the Market. Then it has to be replaced by following build, eventually by paid version once things will become stable. Active users providing feedback will get it for free, of course.

All rapportering är beroende på bemanning vid kommunikationscentralen i era distrikt. Det är de som rapporterar händelser. Olika län har olika policys.

BLEKINGE: Ojämn ström av händelser med vissa sammanfattningar. Ok trafik.
DALARNA: Sammanfattningar runt lunch, ingen trafik.
GOTLAND: Beroende på vakthavande, bra trafikinfo
GÄVLEBORG: Går i vågor, ingen trafikinfo
HALLAND: Större saker skrivs ut, Bra trafikinfo
JÄMTLAND: Mycket bra händelser, ingen trafik
JÖNKÖPING: Bra händelser, bra trafik.
KALMAR: Dåliga på händelser, bra på trafik
KRONOBERG: Sammanfattning varje morgon och em. Bra trafik.
NORRBOTTEN: Bra händelser, ingen trafik mer än allmän info.
SKÅNE: Här händer det mycket saker, bra trafik.
STOCKHOLM: Beror på vem som är vakthavande, ibland bra, ibland inget alls. Ingen trafik.
SÖDERMANLAND: Oftast sammanfattningar. OK trafik långsamma på att publicera ibland.
UPPSALA: OK händelser. Ingen trafik.
VÄRMLAND: Bättre under vardagar, bra trafik.
VÄSTERBOTTEN: Sammanfattar urval löpande. Bra trafik.
VÄSTERNORRLAND: Bra rakt över vad gäller händelser. Trafik är igång igen.

This is what it does:
- It reads news from the web (Google news currently, about 30 headlines) and lets you tap trough them on your home screen in a widget.
- It caches news so you can read them even when without connection.
- It corrects LTR. Not perfect, but readable. Currently works OK as long as fonts are installed and as long as the news do not contain your language and English mixed). If it bothers you, use the English version of your news option.
- It doesn't consume any resources, no background threads or anything. It will update news only when you tap it so if you are running out of the office and want fresh news tap it before you leave wi-fi, or enable 3G.

This is how you install it:
- Open Gmail client on you phone
- Install the attachment
- Be sure to have two rows empty on your Home screen
- Long press on Home screen -> widgets ->NewsTap.
- Configure it
- Press OK
- Tap it to get news.
