Diarrhea – is discharge of liquid, watery stool with much frequency than usual. Remember, that for breast fed babies a very soft feces is quite normal and shouldn't be confused with a real diarrhea. But if diarrhea has started in baby, it is important to start prevention of dehydration

High temperature (fever) arise usually with infection (virus and bacterial infections are considered on supplemental data). You can define the fever if child's forehead is hot by touch, if it perspires greater than usually or if irritability and other general indisposition signs arises. For your suspicions to be confirmed, measure temperature as shown as supplemental details. Normal temperature varies from 36° to 37° (97.8F to 98.6F) and small deviations in this range should not disturb you. If temperature overcome this range, you must use this apps.
