气功是一种以呼吸的调整、身体活动的调整和意识的调整为手段，以强身健体、防病治病、健身延年、开发潜能为目的的一种身心锻炼方法。气功的保健作用为世人所熟知，然而要练好气功却并非易事，其困难之处就在于要通过自我暗示、自我催眠的方式，达到身心合一的状态，这种境界往往需要长期的专门训练才可能达到。
[气功大师]通过程序引导可以帮助用户集中精力、排除杂念、控制呼吸速度和节律，从而迅速提高功力，保障训练效果。
借助于[气功大师]的指引，每个人都可以享受到练功的乐趣，并从中获益。相信自己，见证奇迹。

重要提示：
1.气功训练是一个循序渐进的过程，[气功大师]可以帮助用户加快学习的进程并提高练习的功效，但用户仍然要有足够的耐心和毅力，逐步提高自己的训练目标，欲速则不达。
2.[气功大师]的默认设置是按照正常人的呼吸频率及生物反馈研究的成果决定的，对于初学者建议先按照默认设置进行训练，熟练以后再根据个人情况做目标调整。
3.按照每分钟10次或更慢的频率呼吸的时间被称为有效练习时间，科学研究表明，要取得明显的强身健体效果，每次的有效练习时间不得低于10分钟，每周累计有效练习时间不得低于40分钟，至少要坚持练习4-6周以上。
4.训练有素的气功师可以将呼吸频率降低到每分钟3次左右。对于普通的练习者可以尝试尽量降低呼吸频率，但应以不感到辛苦并能承受为限。训练的效果并非与呼吸速度的快慢成正比，所以用户不宜刻意追求呼吸频率的降低。
5.呼吸训练时吸气与呼气时间长短比例以设置在1：1.5～1：2为宜。
6.引导音有长短2个选项,对于目标呼吸速度设置在10秒以内的用户,建议选择3.5/5秒引导音,速度设置在10-20秒的用户选择7/10秒引导音。
7.呼吸训练的最佳体位是斜坐在靠背椅上,身体充分放松;也可采取半卧或平卧位,总的原则是舒适但不影响胸腹部的运动。
8.程序启动后，在屏幕动画及声音的双重引导下同步进行呼吸。

This app searches for recipes on the internet and will send you to web pages for the actual recipes. We indexed just under a million recipes by ingredient. This app filter out all of the meat containing recipes.

This app will save the recipe you are working on, so if you get a phone call or have to close the app for any reason your recipe won't be lost!

You can search for any dish or ingredient. A lot goes into which results appear first. Relevant recipes with a lot of positive ratings.
