This program allows you to evaluate and monitor your fitness level by providing data such as:

Body Composition: weight and fat percentage, bone mass weight, muscle mass percentage (only Adipometer Pro);

Body Mass Index (BMI);

Waist to Hip Ratio;

VO2max and MET (only Adipometer Pro);

Basal Metabolic Rate (Adipometer Pro only);

Theoretical Ideal Weight (Adipometer Pro only);

Desirable Fat Loss in Weight and Calories (only Adipometer Pro);

Consumption of calories per minute for the following activities: walking, running, cycling, swimming and kayaking (Adipometer Pro only).

In addition, the program lets you track your progress (only Adipometer Pro) every month through graphs and historical measurements.

To calculate your percentage of body fat, follow these steps:

Set your language (English or Portuguese), your name, your gender and your preferred unit for the measurements. Metric units (m / kg) and imperial (in / lb) are supported. The default unit is metric. Press Save Changes to store your data and return to the main page;

Enter your body measurements, by pressing the button Body Measurements on the main page. On this page you must enter your age, your height and weight. Press Save Changes to store your data and return to the main page;

If your gender is female, you should inform your triceps, suprailiac and thigh measurements. Learn skills to resist your eating disorder (such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa).

All material was written by a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) with twenty-five years of counseling experience.

You first rate the frequency and intensity of the eating disorder thoughts on a color coded scale of 1 (fleeting, able to resist) to 10 (continual, very difficult to resist).

You move on to the first set of skills, where you will select one of ten ways to change your thoughts. Changing your thoughts to change your feelings is the basis of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, the most widely practiced evidenced based form of psychotherapy.

After utilizing one of the thought changers, you proceed to selecting one method for making lifestyle changes for promoting your recovery.

After following the instructions for the lifestyle changes, you then move on to the third set of skills, where you will select one of ten different relaxation strategies for managing stress.

After implementing those skills, you rate the level of the eating disorder thoughts again to determine if the skills you chose were effective for you.  If the intensity or frequency of the eating disorder thoughts have not reduced sufficiently, you will be given the opportunity to try again, selecting a different skill set.

This little app will introduce you into Bass technique of toothbrushing. Bass Technique is one of the best techniques to brush your teeth.

The app includes a two/three minutes timer and spoken instructions making sure that all areas will be cleaned well. The instructions can be personalized.

Hints

- If you don't get spoken instructions make sure you have activated Text-To-Speech option in Voice input & output settings of your phone

- If you don't hear anything neither spoken instructions nor beep you need to increase media volume

- If you get bored by default instruction texts use Tooth Fairy preferences to personalize the texts. You can go back to standard instructions anytime by resetting preferences

- The Tooth Fairy preferences also allow to disable spoken instructions. If speech is deactivated a short beep will remind you to change brushing area

- Tooth Fairy is free of charge and does not contain any commercials. If you don't like it just simply remove it from your Droid
