The Repetition Calculator allows you to do a lot more than calculate your one rep max!  This application can show the weights you can lift through a variety of repetitions, not just single reps.

You can use it to compare your strength with others. See someone else in the gym benching 90kg for 6 reps while you are lifting 'just' 80kg for 10 reps? Use this calculator to discover that you are actually approximately the same strength.

Switch to and from low and high rep routines without the guesswork. Perhaps your bodybuilding routine consists of three cycles; one for strength, one for size and one for endurance (low, medium and high reps). This calculator will allow you to jump from one cycle to the next and predict your starting effective weight. Don't waste time guessing - use the most effective weight from the start.

Know which is more difficult: one extra rep or additional weight on the bar.

Plan your goals before you enter the gym. Know exactly what you should be lifting to for a given percentage increase in strength.

Upper and lower body musculature and leverages are different.  They are treated differently by this application.  Different formulas are used for both upper and lower body exercises.

Oh, and you can also use it to calculate your 1 rep max!

Use with virtually any existing diet program.  The key to this app is in its simplicity.  Create your plan by selecting FOOD GROUP portions for your daily consumption.  Keep in mind that the app will not tell you what a specific portion is.  It is up to you to determine what these portions are according to the diet plan you are following.  Consult your health care professional before starting any diet plan.  Select how many portions of each category for daily consumption. Icons represent each food group. For example if you have 5 portions of a food group to consume daily, then you will have 5 icons to check off and so forth for each group.

This application and widget helps you track when you should replace your disposable contact lenses.  It features a configurable replacement schedule, and a configurable alert to notify you beginning on the day your replacement is due.

To use this application, first setup your replacement schedule and alert settings, and then simply change the last replacement date using the change button every time you replace your contact lenses.  This will automatically update your next change date depending on your replacement schedule.

The widget will display the total number of days left before you should change your lenses, or the number of days you are overdue for a change.  This way you can always be aware of your contact lens schedule at a glance.

Please consult your eye care specialist when determining the schedule on which you should change your contact lenses.  Your schedule may vary depending on your particular vision needs and the specific type of contacts lenses you wear.

This application was designed optimally for the HTC Droid Incredible.
