Buddeee is your new workout partner. He'll keep track of your exercise routine, your diet and even your weight. So whether you're slimming down or bulking up Buddeee has what it takes to get you to your goal.

This first release of Buddeee logs 13 different types of exercise including: pushups pullups, situps and crunches, as well as cycling, rowing, jogging and cross training, in addition to weight lifting, dancing, swimming, general sporting activity and fitness video gaming. Phew!

After all that exercise you might be tempted to go scoff down some food. But remember, a healthy diet is an important part of every fitness routine. Buddeee allows you to log your daily intake of food, including calories and other nutritional information if you wish. He can also keep track of diet points if you're following a dieting programme.

Future releases will aim to improve Buddeee's capabilities and several new features are already being planned.

Sombrica is a little application that allows you to know which places will be in the shade at a certain time of the day, considering your location and the date of the year.

This is very useful in different situations. For example:

La aplicación AlertaPolen le informará de los niveles de polen en las localidades españolas donde existen centros de medida. Los datos son medidos y proporcionados periódicamente por la red de estaciones del Comité de Aerobiología de la Sociedad Española de Alergología e Inmunología Clínica (SEAIC).


Configuración: permite seleccionar la actualización de los datos de la aplicación (manual o periódica).


Personalización:

En la pantalla Información Pólenes se ofrecerán los datos en base a la selección previa.

Los apartados en los que hay que realizar la selección de datos son:

- Mis Alergias: permite escoger los tipos de polen a los que se es sensible.

- Localidades: permite seleccionar las localidades de las que se desea recibir la información. Es posible marcar una como Predeterminada, de manera que será la primera que se muestre en pantalla.

Se presentan los datos correspondientes a las localidades en las que hay Centros de Medida. Le aconsejamos seleccione el más próximo a su localidad.

- Mis Alarmas: permite establecer para qué tipos de polen recibiremos una alarma y si ésta será sonora o visual y sonora. La selección se puede realizar entre los marcados previamente en Mis Alergias.

La SEAIC ha establecido de forma general los niveles de alerta para los diferentes pólenes. Si conoce su umbral de sensibilidad puede introducir su valor para personalizarlo.


Información Pólenes:

Facilita la información sobre los tipos de polen seleccionados para cada una de las localidades de interés y emite avisos de alarma en base a la personalización del usuario. También es posible ejecutar una actualización manual de los datos.


Información médica:

La aplicación aporta ayuda e información complementaria sobre los pólenes, las enfermedades del sistema respiratorio  y las actividades y recomendaciones de la SEAIC.
