This first release of Buddeee logs 13 different types of exercise including: pushups pullups, situps and crunches, as well as cycling, rowing, jogging and cross training, in addition to weight lifting, dancing, swimming, general sporting activity and fitness video gaming. Phew!
After all that exercise you might be tempted to go scoff down some food. But remember, a healthy diet is an important part of every fitness routine. Buddeee allows you to log your daily intake of food, including calories and other nutritional information if you wish. He can also keep track of diet points if you're following a dieting programme.
Future releases will aim to improve Buddeee's capabilities and several new features are already being planned.
