Doc's Diet Diary (v. 1.3.0)

The absolute best diet diary on the Android Market. Take charge of your own health by tracking the foods you eat every day along with your health symptoms. This app records date and time of each meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and drink, and most importantly, your symptoms. Take the information to your doctor, to monitor your diet and check which foods to which you are sensitive or allergic. Then, email the report to your health professional.

Tutorial:
From the Home screen, tap one of the chosen events you wish to enter information such as Breakfast, and the entry screen for Breakfast appears. From there, enter the foods you had for breakfast by tapping in the blank window which opens the keyboard. You may also turn your device horizontal entering your information. Once you have entered the foods for breakfast, click set to change date and/or time when you ate breakfast. Then, click save. When clicking save, this takes you immediately to the Diet Diary screen. Repeat the above for Lunch, Dinner, Snack, Drink, and Symptom. You may enter multiple entries for each category with different times for each.

From the Diet Diary Screen, you can swipe horizontally to change days and view previously entered information. Or, tap the gold date bar to change the date to a specific day you want to view. You may also scroll entered information by swiping vertically up to see later information or down to see earlier information. Deleting an entry is easy by touch and hold action over the entry you wish to delete.

Now, send the report to your health professional. You can now email the report directly from the Diet Diary screen. Tap Menu, then Preferences to enter email address you want your Doc’s Diet Diary delivered. Then, tap Menu, tap Send Report, then choose csv or pdf. Then tap Send.  Then select the account you want the report sent from. Then tap the letter icon at the top to the send the report. You can optionally enter a message for the email. Simple!

Known Issues with HTC phones;
Suggest installing and changing to another free keyboard from the Android Market, which will correct the problem. The native keyboard causes the cursor to stick after entering more than one line of text.

This widget will notify you about a beginning of periods by growing flower. Every your cycle the flower grows up. The clouds comes down a week before menses. If there is a rain over the flower, it means, that menses will start very soon. Calendar opens by taping on the widget. Slide on calendar left to right or right to left to see another month. Push the day if it is critical (this days are marked with red). The days of the next periods is marked with pink (it is automatically calculated). You may export data to text file on SD-card and import it. For example, if you want to migrate data to another device or make a backup. These functions are in the settings.

This is free version. In full version: there is no ad, there is a support of ovulation and fertile period (good for conceiving a child). Also you may set up a password, mark sex and medication and all flowers are available.

IMPORTANT This is a widget, and it is in widgets section on your phone (not in the programs). Please, be attentive.

Met deze app kun je heel gemakkelijk bijhouden hoe vaak en hoe lang je hebt gefietst.

Je kunt een fietstour registreren tussen zes uur 's morgens en negen uur 's avonds. Op elke wedstrijddag wordt er een dagprijs uitgereikt. Denk aan prijzen voor de meeste kilometers, de hoogste gemiddelde snelheid, de meeste online exposure en aan originaliteit. De prijs is een traktatie voor het bedrijf. Op 13 oktober reiken we tijdens de prijsuitreiking een overall prijs uit aan het team met de meeste kilometers. Die prijs bestaat uit een aantal individuele beloningen voor het team en uit een dag in het teken van de fiets voor het hele bedrijf. Denk aan fietswinterbeurten, gebruik van de zogenaamde fietsshake en nog meer.

Werking van de applicatie
1) Als je nog geen account hebt, maak een account aan
2) Activeer je account door op de link in de mail te klikken
3) Start de applicatie, spring op je fiets en klik "Start fietstour"

Pauze optie
Kom je op een mooie plek om te pauzeren en op adem te komen, klik dan "Stop fietstour" dit pauzeert de meeting.
Als je weer gaat fietsen klik je "Hervat fietstour"

Uploaden
Als je klaar bent met fietsen druk je op "Stop fietstour". Je ziet vervolgens een optie "Upload rit". Hiermee verstuur je je gegeven van je rit en ding je mee naar prachtige prijzen.
