ChefTap Recipe App (v. 1.0.0.31) Разработано Mindframe Design |
Grab recipes from Pinterest, Epicurious, Allrecipes.com and more.
Stop wasting your time with apps that have a list of ‘supported sites’ and start importing recipes from the sites you actually like.
ChefTap is the only app on the market that uses an advanced artificial intelligence engine specifically designed to find recipes on any English language web page. With ChefTap, you’re no longer limited to the major corporate recipe sites. Have a favorite food blog? No problem! ChefTap will import those recipes too and give you a link to the original post in case you want to refer back to it. See a recipe you like on Pinterest? Just share the pin or the whole pinboard with ChefTap, we'll take care of the rest.
When it’s time to cook, ChefTap displays recipes in an easy-to-read format.

[2012-08-27] Debb: Anyone who has a kitchen needs this app! Don't let it's "uninspired" icon cause you to overlook this gem, this app renders the others obsolete! |
[2012-08-27] Lisa: My new favourite app! No more copying & pasting recipes into note apps! Love it. Would it be possible, though, to allow import of calorie content wherever its given? That'd be tremendous help for us dieters! |
[2012-08-26] Jodie: Giggles This is a great app to save recipes on ur phone . I find alot of recipes |

[2012-08-16] Camren: Must have app!! This is the best app ever! Easy to use! Its perfect! |
[2012-08-16] Jessica: Amazing! I love that I can import recipes from any website! As someone who loves food blogs, this is the only app that makes it easy to import recipes to try out later. I paid for a similar style app before finding this one, and I am incredibly disappointed with it's limited capabilities. I'm glad i found this free app and I can't wait to be able to import from my desktop! |
[2012-08-14] filly: Great app so far Does a pretty reliable job of grabbing recpies. As with all apps like this formats can sometimes throw these off, I've only had 1 problem with this app. It still bookmarks the original recipe & keeps them together nice allowing you to add pictures as well. I like the best so far |
[2012-08-13] Lynn: Used to like it. Now, stalls or stops working. Too many recipes not imported. Never did like all the permissions. Just going to save to Pocket, and write down my changes. Uninstalling. |
[2012-08-13] Madmaximillion: Perfect Just what you need to save recipes not only from your kitchen but the web as well. Even has a guide to help you use the app. |
[2012-08-10] Hayley: Can't even launch the app! Tried to open it immediately after installing it and had to force close. Tried the second time, same thing. Will be uninstalling. |
[2012-08-08] Jackie: Impressed! I've never posted a review before, but I am so impressed with the import features of the app that I had to share!! It was so easy to import close to 100 recipes I had saved on various sites, including recipes I bookmarked to my browser! I also love the URL copy/paste import...so easy! Looking forward to the grocery list feature. Great app! |
[2012-08-08] Deke: Great app, needs web sync This app is great. I have been using it for a little more than a year now on various devices and it has been a huge help and paper saver. My only complaints are that there is not a web-portal to see all your recipes from a desktop browser. Also, cross-device sync would be nice as well. |
[2012-08-06] the 8/6/2012 : My favorite recipe app. Lets you import your own recipes, instead of searching from a preset data base. The browser import function is so easy and makes saving recipes a breeze! It even sorts out recipes from blogs easily and rarely (if ever) makes a mistake. The presentation is so very good and the "now cooking" is very handy. It's a great app and should really get more recognition. |
[2012-08-02] Stephanie: Fantastic app for online recipe archiving I have been using ChefTap for the past two months. It is the easiest and most convenient way I have found to collate my recipes saved from a variety of online sources (blogs, product sites, bestrecipes, allrecipes, etc). The developers seem committed to continuing to improve and update the app to expand functionality, and I look forward to seeing it develop. Thank you and five stars from me! |
[2012-07-31] Eric: Op_Q I've been looking for an app like this.............love it |
[2012-07-30] chris: Perfectly Simple I just needed a place to store my favorite recipes and any new ones I stumble across. Chef tap helps me stumble across New ones and makes it so easy to put all my recipes in one place! |
[2012-07-29] Coetta: Almost Perfect Perfect just missing a meal planning option! |
[2012-07-22] paul_gloor: Great app ! Only thing that would make it better would be a nested tree style list instead of categories for better organization ! |
[2012-07-19] N.Leigh: Awesome. But still waiting for menu planner. If you cook, get this. Period. It works like friggin magic. Add recipes just about any way imaginable and lets you tag them any way you want. Amazing app. |
[2012-07-19] masque3000: [Love it!] I use this app absolutely every day! Slow when your library is large, though. |
[2012-07-19] Erin: Almost perfect Wish I could sign in with an email account. If I buy a new phone I'll lose all the recipes I've painstakingly chosen. |
[2012-07-19] theveggiejerk: Omg! This is AMAZING!!! So I'm a broke student and always on the move, this app makes things soo much easier! I just take my phone with me when I shop since I always lose my shopping list |
[2012-07-17] Kadie: Great recipe app! This all downloads recipes from almost any site with surprising accuracy, and it's easy to fix issues, organize recipes, and even write your own recipe from scratch. The best part-. no internet required, and while you have a recipe open it will keep your device backlit so you don't have to touch it with dirty hands while cooking. |
[2012-07-15] Lana: Did not care for it. Only gave 5 recipes and didn't show how to find more |
[2012-07-13] Jess: Love it!!! I usually find my recipes online, being able to just hit 'share' and it impots it all into one easy recipe book. Love that i can also modify if i decide to add or change ingredients of my own. The only extra thing i would like, would to be able to make shopping lists,(eg. Import ingredients to shopping list, then be able to modify) All in all A1 app |
[2012-07-11] Thomas: Best recipe capture app This app is the easiest way to capture recipes from websites. So far I have not had to edit Amy recipe after capturing it |
[2012-07-10] Jesse: Wow An amazing and intuitive app. Best, very best, of its kind. |
[2012-07-09] Dru: Great idea, kinda buggy Makes grocery shopping easier & more efficient, and unlike with other recipe apps you can limit to recipes you'll actually eat. Recipe DLs often take multiple tries tho, so hopefully those links will be worked out soon. |
[2012-07-07] Aishwarya: Love it.. Great app!! |
[2012-07-07] Kristine: Super App!! Exactly what I was looking for to keep all my recipes together!! Thanks!!! |
[2012-07-04] Jessica: Awesome Love this app. Easy to use and love that i only have to look in one place for my recipes. My only suggestion would be to get the calendar to work so i can use app to plan meals instead of a different app. |
[2012-07-03] veghead: Absolutely Awesome! No matter where you go via your mobile browser and nk matter where the recipe falls on any particular web page, this app will find it and its pictures. |
[2012-06-29] Helen: Great application! A Really cool & handy appkication. I used to ran between my computer & kitchen when cooking, now I onky need to place my Samung Galaxy tap on my kitchen bench to refer to the recipes! The only hing I hope you could improve is allow to enlarge the photos after they're downloaded. At present. some of the photos become very small &is hard to see clearly. Thankyou! |
[2012-06-29] Ken: Ken Poor. Unable do anything with it except for the recipes it came with. |
[2012-06-26] Brendan: Almost there I love the ability to import recipes. The problem is trying to use this app on a tablet. The interface, for tablets, is less than ideal. |
