[2013-01-07] A Google User: Awesome All their apps are great. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I use them every day and they have made a huge improvement in my ability to manage stress and anxiety. Also the woman's voice is super relaxing and not creepy or pretentious like a lot of guided meditations. Definitely worth at least trying. |
