Have you ever loaned anyone money and they say, "I'll pay you later"? Or has someone owed you money and they've taken so long to pay you have forgotten what they owed you? Or perhaps you paid someone and they dispute that you did? Well say goodbye to those situations!

'Pay You Later' is a very simple debt tracker and will keep track of debts owed! Add any number of people and add entries! It is simple and easy to use! Quickly open the app and enter an entry in seconds!

Simply enter amount, action, date and enter a short description of the event. You can view all entries or view an individuals. The user has the option of edited or deleting any entry. Once debt is paid off, simply delete that person from the list! This keeps track of balance owed between all individuals and a running total of all money owed. Instruction page is included if confused.

This app is quick and easy to use! No more I owe you's on paper! Very easy interface!

Interest Rate Calculator (v. 5.0)

This application allows you to calculate the values ​​of a loan, including interest rate.

It is always difficult to verify the effective interest rate, because the calculation requires mastery of financial calculator.

For example, funding of $ 10,000 in 10 installments of $ 1,100 generates a total of $ 11,000 and an interest "apparent" of $ 1,000 or 10%. But the payments are monthly and so the calculation can not be done this way.

Interest in the above example would be 10% if $ 11,000 were paid in full at the end of 10 months. But we pay monthly. So the Annual equivalent Rate of this example is about 24%!

This application will quickly calculate the interest rate and will also allow the calculation of other factors, if the interest rate is already known.

The calculation of the interest rate is always done by approximation, and in this application, we use the Newton-Raphson method. Therefore, depending on the inputed values​​, the calculation may take a few seconds.

Advanced Tip Calculator (v. 1.0)

Easily calculate your tip and total using over a dozen different tip calculation methods.  Enter your total bill cost, choose your favorite tip method and select whether it applies to your Total or Tip.  Then slide the Quality of Service until you get your desired tip and total.

For those that don't like change, you can just use the "Old School" method and it will calculate your tip and total based on a straight percentage.  But, for the more adventuresome, I suggest you try the other more fun methods.

For example, if you want to pay with cash and not have to carry around any change, select "Easy Rounder" for "Total".  It will round the total to the nearest dollar and show you the available tip percentages as you slide the Quality of Service.

Also, if you wanted to pay with a credit card for the bill, but pay cash for the tip, and had 55 cents in your pocket to get rid of, then select "It's My Fav!" for "Tip" and set your favorite number to 55.  It will only select tip values that end in 55.

Stock Market Fundamental Analysis Tool


Discounted Cash Flow Model (DCFM) is financial application designed to help you to estimate the attractiveness of an investment opportunity, analyzing the futures cash flows that a firm will generate for the investor (free cash flow) and discounts them at an appropriate rate to arrive at present value (concepts of time and risk value of money).

The DCFM takes in account the Oppotunity and Risk of the investment, and the Inflation over time using the Present Value concept.
Key Components of the DCFM

    Free cash flow (FCF) – Cash flow generated for the investor
    Terminal value (TV) – The value of an investment at the end of a period (when is expect that all future free cash flows stabilize at a constant growth rate in perpetuity.), discounted at an appropriate rate to arrive at present value
    Discount rate – The rate appropriated used to discount the estimated FCFs and terminal value to their present values - generally has a WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital).

This trading tool allows:

☆ Store (save, load, and delete) your calculations to the internal memory or the SD memory Card for next time (useful to compare similar companies or a compare a company over different periods)
☆ User to email a brief summary with the results of the DCFM.
